Raisa grew up within Los Angeles with her parents. Irlanda Almendarez (her sister) and Italia Almendarez (her brother) have both been her siblings. Francia is her title in Italian. Italia in Italian means Italy, and Irlanda refers to Ireland. Virginia Almendarez's mom is Mexican as is Renan Almendarez hails from Honduras. Renan was first known as El Cucuy not long after Francia was conceived. He is a famous DJ and radio show host. He is also a top Latino DJ from Los Angeles. The sisters of Francia grew up in a family with a well-known father. She is fluent in Spanish as well as English. Francia began dancing when she turned five. Lindsey Broad was an American actor who gained recognition for her role as Spring on the web series The Burg Allison Stark, on Fox's sitcom Til death Cathy Simms as well as Chelsea from the CW's comedy series In the Dark. Broad born and raised in New Yorker, had always had a dream of becoming an actress. After participating in several high school plays, Broad attended Pennsylvania State University for theatre studies.
